What does a bison's fur feel like? What sounds do flamingos make? And what does a sheep actually smell like? This special tour focuses on the different senses. The tour is aimed at anyone who wants to experience Tierpark Berlin in a unique way - especially for people who cannot use all of their senses equally.
An experienced guide tailors the tour to each group's individual needs and sensitivity. Selected stations and sensory experiences build a barrier-free experience that creates closeness, arouses curiosity, and offers a whole new perspective on the Tierpark.
Tierpark Berlin has received the UN Decade on Biodiversity Award for its sensory tours.
Attention: The tour guide cannot guarantee the general support of disabled participants or the supervision of children. This responsibility lies with the accompanying adults (at least one accompanying adult is required).

After purchase, you will get tickets for your guided tour by e-mail (can be presented digitally). The tickets are only valid for the tour on the selected date.
Cancellation conditions for sensory tours:
- Up to 14 days before date: Free of charge
- Less than 14 days before date: Full tour price

Please note that all tour participants also need regular day tickets (or annual passes) for Tierpark Berlin. These can be booked directly here.
Per ticket, only the maximum number of people stated may participate in the tour. The tour is addressed exclusively to groups of children. For groups of adults there are separate sensory tours - here.
To ensure that sensory tours address as many different senses as possible, direct animal contact is scheduled at one tour stop. In addition, each tour is created according to the welfare of the animals as well as the internal processes daily. No individual requests can be considered. The tour takes place regardless of the weather and is always adapted to the respective weather conditions as best as possible. If it is necessary to protect animals and/or people (e.g. due to outbreak of disease), the direct animal contact may be omitted. In such a case, the duration of the tour will not be shortened.
* The number of people applies to all participants - including accompanying persons and adults. At least one accompanying adult is required.
